Your willingness to change facilitates growth and progress. As long as you are locked to a past solution that has been overtaken by events, you will continue to get the old results. New information that is not acted upon has no capacity of bringing progress. Change in your environment is guaranteed; it is only folly to think and operate in an old manner in dealing with a world that has taken a shift.

Do not just grow in number of years of existence, also grow in your dealership with issues around you. Why should you remain in a sixteen year old body yet you are sixty? Many are even dying at age twenty two and waiting to be buried when they turn seventy. ln between, they are dead men walking devoid of growth.
