The world has placed so much value on the events at the expense of the process. The cumulative effect of the small, seemingly insignificant steps carries more weight than the single sudden jump. Growth is a function of what is done daily over the long haul than what you do in a day. The winner in next year’s contest is the one who starts preparing now step by step.

The giant in you can only become fully manifest through what you choose as your daily agenda. Small jobs are not small after all, they add to something massive. Small steps might appear insignificant but the thousand-mile journey originated from the initial step. Where is the game-changer of tomorrow? In the infant of today of course. Greatness is guaranteed unto the man or woman who gives attention to the supposedly small assignments.

The massive oak is locked in the small acorn. The mighty baobab is one of the largest trees of the savanna but its origins are in a tiny seed that held unto the ground long enough. Even the king of the jungle only started off as a cub.
Never look down upon the small assignments for therein lies the power to move mountains.
